Kettlebell Course

Hey Guys

Just a quick link from the course I went on this past Saturday. It was quite a cool one, and I am sure you shall be feeling some of the results of the new knowledge this week :-)

Don't judge when I stopped! Only because I got a nice big blood blister on my hand...Promise!!!
