Shoulder Mobility Drills

Some of you may know I have a background in all sorts of sports, one of which is Baseball. I was lucky enough to be involved in some national squads in my time, and because of this was exposed to some international conditioning coaches. As you can imagine shoulders are a baseball players bread and butter... and we often spent quite a bit of time with mobility drills. I only started to realise how lucky I was to have that exposure over the last year or two, when all the drills I was exposed to, started to become important parts of every day peoples training. If you have ever battled to lift your arms straight over your head, this article just became particularly important to you!

Often shoulder mobility will help ease other tight areas in the body. So lets work on this and I am sure it will help you in other areas too!
