CrossFit Games 2013


Ways to make you come back down to earth...

13.2... It was exercises I would like to think I'm good at... Shoulder Press, Deadlifts, and Box Jumps. 5, 10, 15 reps of each, repeated for 10 minutes...

I was finished after 6minutes! Never have I known a box to grow taller right in front of me! And legs to get heavier as the rounds continued...

I managed a a decent 134 reps...Not what I was hoping for, but a solid one after a difficult week of aches and pains. 

I continue this journey for the next 3 weeks, and throw in my first half marathon in the middle just for fun! The things we do...

Thanks to some silly supporters from the TMT team, who stupidly enough also entered into this journey of pushing limits. Linds and Marts keep doing what you're doing!
