So close yet so far...

So the goal was Top 100 for last weeks workout... I nearly got there! Had a great workout, and for only the third time playing on gymnastics rings managed 6 muscle-ups (with 4 failed efforts. DAMN!)

I didn't quite make the top 100, but ended 103 at the end of last weeks workout. the (381) is where I was last weekend, so I was pretty happy with a nice big jump in the standing! In the 3rd column the 54 (246) means that for the third workout I was 54th in Africa, and I did 246 reps of the workout. I was very happy with that, and has set me up to finish strong in the last two weeks! Which is my plan!

I am going to be very eina on Saturday, as I smash my 13.4 workout on Friday morning at CrossFit Tokai, and then attempt my first Two Oceans Half Marathon. I am looking forward to both!

I think this week there is a strong possibility of thrusters and pull-ups...maybe some cleans??

Good luck to everyone running on Saturday, and anyone taking on 13.4 over the weekend! We shall smash it together! Here's hoping to make another big leap this week!
