Meat Crust Quiche


So if you have had a look at the eating plan, you would see that there are some weirdly named dishes on the plan. This is the first, of a series, of recipes on how to make some of these delicious paleo treats! Even if you aren't paleo eating, they still taste amazing, and are packed with all the right stuff!



1 large punnet lean mince
1 sweet potato (diced)
1/2 onion (diced)
spinach (chopped)
8 egg whites
garlic
1 tsp paprika




  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  • Make your mince into a "crust" i.e. press into oven dish until it is evenly spread

  • Bake mince for 18-20 mins (it doesn’t need to be completely cooked, but pretty close)

  • While mince is cooking, prep other ingredients, add to frying pan.

  • Once mince is done, remove excess liquid that may be in the bowl

  • Add other ingredients to mince and pour eggs over

  • Bake for 20-25 mins, chop some avo over the top and serve
